Matthew Le Merle, the co-founder and managing director of the Fifth Era, is the new chairman of the alliance. He is an expert in the corporate sector, business transformation, and has also worked with leading companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. Le Merle feels extremely delighted to join Universal Protocol Alliance as its chairman. He believes the current time as the biggest opportunity for transforming financial services.
