Crust Network, one of the major projects from the Polkadot ecosystem, has launched the Storage Market. Storage Market is a decentralized cloud service that has been made available to users across the world. The firm has revealed several details about this Storage Market design as well. Crust Network has also mentioned that to promote Crust Storage Market, it offers CSM tokens to the community members. These tokens will provide them liquidity on UniSwap and other activities as well. Crust Network Planning to Implement Other Cloud Services It is also revealed that Crust Network is planning to implement other cloud services as well which includes decentralized cloud computing. This cloud computing service could also be bought and sold using the Crust Service Market. The network has also launched two of its testnet, which includes Maxwell CC2 and Profit Ark I & II. Profit Ark I was launched by the firm on November 30, 2020, and is meant to last for a total of 50 days. All the testnet participants will be awarded 320,000 CRU tokens, which are worth around $1.4 million. Meanwhile, Maxwell CC2 nodes have already crossed Polkadot and Kusama in numbers. These nodes have been widely distributed across Europe, Asia, and North America as well. Profit Ark II to be Run Through Network’s Full Functionality Crust Network is planning to launch its Profit Ark II testnet through the full functionality of the network. The firm has remained quite active for the past several months. It has also completed a multi-million dollar Series A funding round in September 2020. In this funding round, there were investors like NGC Ventures, KNS Group, AU21 Capital, SNZ, DFG, and HashCIB. Just like the whole crypto industry, this year has proved to be highly productive for Crust as well. The firm is also able to gain a grant from the Web3 Foundation.
