One of the most advanced Crypto tracking bot, Whale Alert, shared that a massive amount of XRP (101.5 million coins approximately) has been moved in the past 22 hours. Crypto exchange Binance, which is under investigation by U.S. authorities at present, took part in transferring this colossal sum of XRP along with multiple other top-tier crypto exchanges. A total of $139,941,964 Worth of XRP Has Been Moved Till Now Just ten hours ago, it was reported that Ripple sent 10 million XRP tokens to one of its reserve wallets, RL43-EE. Clearly, the possible goal behind the transaction is internal use and covering operational expenses. Another Ripple wallet, RL18-VN, is reportedly sending XRP from Ripple to the digital exchanges. In particular, for the past few weeks, XRP was sent to the largest Chinese exchange Huobi. Talking about this week, a transaction of 5.4 million XRP per day was reported. Last week, the daily amount of XRP sent to Huobi was approximately seven million coins. The largest amount of crypto was moved by Bybit to Binance: 59.5 million XRP. A total of $139,941,964 worth of XRP has been shifted till now. Other major players apart from Binance that took part in moving this mammoth amount of XRP on the blockchain were Binance, Bittrex, and Bybit. Binance Holdings Ltd. Targeted by DOJ and IRS As reported on Thursday, Binance Holdings Ltd. was allegedly targeted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) investigation on allegations of money laundering and tax evasion. However, no specific assertions have been made against the exchange yet. As per the exchange, they are taking steps to collaborate with regulators in a very serious manner. Earlier this year, Binance was reported to be under investigation by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
